We carry out measured building or site surveys to produce accurate CAD drawings.
Concept Design and
Pre-applications
From the initial meeting with a client, our first step in any feasibility study is to form a brief and have a clear understanding of the project. Then we undertake a thorough feasibility analysis of the site and evaluate constraints. We will obtain Pre-application advise from the council to determine likelihood of being granted planning consent on tricky sites.
Planning Submissions
We prepare planning documents, submit the application and monitor the outcome. With hundreds of projects under our belt, we are experienced with the intricacies of planning permission. Our work includes projects within Green Belts, Conservation Areas and on Listed Buildings as well as established residential settlement areas.
3D Modelling
We work with partners to produce 3D models and computer-generated imagery to help clients understand and visualise the designs.
Detailed Technical Drawings
We produce construction drawing packages and specifications and building regulations applications.

Planning consultants, Landscape designers, Arboriculturists Environmental Consultants, Quantity surveyors, Structural engineers, Civil engineers, SAP consultants, Building Inspectors, Mechanical and Electrical Consultants, Interior designers, and other construction related professionals most of whom we know and have a good working relationship.
